A green building
The restaurant has been designed retracing the traditional old barn typology and of the “pigeonhole tower”, now used as a private room for the guests of the agritourism.
The building stems from the demolition and reconstruction of several agricultural annexes, putting together the volume of these different construction in one unique building. The new building is placed next to the main farmhouse where the lodging and the rooms are located.
The building is based on the application of green building techniques and materials and on the use of renewable energy sources.
